Refunds / Cancellations Policy

At NPR Retail, we are committed to providing you with the finest natural and fresh pickles. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or does not match your order, based on the confirmation of product returned immediately to delivery person.
  • To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photographic evidence of the product’s condition.
  1. Processing Refunds:
  • Once your refund request is verified and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days. The credited amount will be transferred directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  1. Cancellations:
  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Our standard shipping timeframe is between 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
  • For areas within metro cities, delivery may take 3-5 working days, while rural areas may take up to 7 working days.
  1. Shipping Charges:
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout based on your order details and location.
  1. Tracking Information:
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
